How former TD Ameritrade CEO Joe Moglia 'changed the trajectory' of Coastal Carolina Athletics
Joe Moglia is a good guy to have around.
As CEO of TD Ameritrade, he oversaw a period of growth when client assets went from $24 billion to $300 billion.
As football coach at Coastal Carolina, he led the Chanticleers to the FCS playoffs four straight years before they moved up to FBS.
But as Moglia returned to Omaha this week for the College World Series, he found himself in an unfamiliar role:

“It was a surprise. I got the call from (coach) Kevin (Schnall) asking me if I wanted to be in the dugout," Moglia said. "I didn’t have to think about it.
“I don’t want to get in the way. I suggested during the third or fifth inning I could coach third base or make the calls or something.”
